Who provides the garden hose and electrical leed?

We supply the garden hose and power leads, but in the event where all our showers are out on hire and we sub-hire a competitors shower the client is responsible to have a garden hose and electrical leed on site to hook up to the hot water system. Please ensure that they are long enough to reach from the services to the Hot Water tank.
