Services:
Our Bathroom On Wheels® units require near level ground, adequate room and three (3) services to work at your property.
These services are:
- Garden Tap (max 30m from unit)
- External Double Power Point (max 30m from unit)
- Sewer Point i.e. Inspection Outlet (max 45m from unit on level ground)
An inspection of your property to ensure our Bathroom On Wheels® unit will fit can be arranged. A call out fee of $220.00 including GST will be charged. This payable upon arrival.
The three services that you will require:

Site Access:
- Level and clean site for manoeuvrability
- Clear access to all services
- Ensure there are no trees and branches, building eaves, downpipes and Air-conditioning units over hanging the installation pathway
- Ensure extra room for curved and difficult driveways
Multiple Bathrooms:
If multiple bathrooms are hired for the one property. It is the clients responsibility to ensure there is adequate power and water supply for each bathroom. Each bathroom draws 2 x 10amp and a maximum of one garden tap per two bathrooms if the showers are to be used. If your unsure connect an Electrician who can confirm your requirements. If the bathroom circuit breakers start tripping and don't allow the bathrooms to work this could damage the pumps. If we are called out we charge $220.00 minimum plus any damages.

NOTE: If we arrive on site and there are any of the above 4 points in or on the installation pathway and we can't install the Bathroom, you will not receive a refund. The Bathroom will be removed. If the trees or branches are in the way and can be removed by cutting this is to be done by the owner of the property. Sydney Bathroom Hire can make claim for time wasted. This is at Sydney Bathroom Hire discretion. If a refund is given you will forfeit your delivery and set up fee and 30% of the hire cost excluding delivery.
Bookings
All bookings are required to be made online via our website booking form. If you don’t have access to the internet. We can mail a booking form to you. Upon making a booking a Tax Invoice will be issued and is due for payment before the portable bathroom(s) can be delivered. This is at Sydney Bathroom Hires discretion. In making a cancellation Sydney Bathroom Hire has the write to claim for payment for the complete cost of hire. Please read the terms and conditions of the Hire Agreement on the contact us page.
Upon arrival at site;
- Inspect the installation area
- Signing of Hire Agreement
- Inspection report for any damage
- Installation of Bathroom On Wheels®
