The Add-a-Bathroom prefabricated bathrooms have been designed for just that "Adding a Bathroom". There not designed to replace an existing bathroom/ensuite, they are designed as an additional bathroom/ensuite. For example, do you have a very large 1970's master bedroom, 2 children,(girls) and only one bathroom. Then by utilizing some of the space in your master bedroom you can "Add-a-Bathroom" into one of the corners to create your very own Ensuite. You can now shower when you want, go to the toilet when you want and have a shave when you want.
If you where to go through the whole Scenario of a Bathroom/Ensuite addition the conventional way and to do it by the Law to suit the Building Code of Australia you would be approximently 1 quarter the price dearer than installing a modular bathroom.
