If the Macerator pump is not switching on and removing the waste then you need to stop using the Bathroom immediately and contact us on 0418 961 704. Reasons for the Macerator pump to stop working is something other than human waste, toilet paper has been flushed down the toilet or added to the plumbing system. The pumps can only handle so much waste at any one time. So please consider a courtesy flush for long stays on the toilet. Please ensure there is nothing crushing our waste pipe from the pump to the sewer system and that the power to the bathroom is still plugged in and working. If a pump is blocked it is your responsibility to contact a plmber to unblock it. If the units come back blocked you will not get your bond back.
