Yes, Our Dual Deluxe Toilets come with all the consumables that you would expect in a Toilet facility of this statue. We even provide Sanitry Bins in the Mens & Ladies toilets. The paper hand towels provided are not to be flushed done the toilet, they are to be placed in the bins provided. If a pump(s) is/are blocked when we pick the unit up you will not receive the bond return.
