In making a purchase for our Add-A-Bathroom range through our website, this indicates that you have read through our specifications, requirements, Terms and Conditions.

Sydney Bathroom Hire are the Sydney based agents for the Add-A-Bathroom Modular Ensuites and will not be help liable or responsible for any price increases or product changes by the manufacture. All PDF plans on our website are provided by the manufacture to us and are for indication purposes only, we strongly recommend that the Modular Ensuite you choose and purchase be on site before commencing any contract works.

In most instances fork lifts or truck cranes are required to remove the Modular Ensuite from the transport trucks as they weight between 130kg to 300kg. Forklifts or cranes are not mounted to the delivery trucks nor are they provided. Sydney Bathroom Hire will bare no cost for unloading the Modular Ensuite nor extra transport costs if the Modular Ensuite can't be unloaded at the time it is delivered.

30% deposit will be taken and must clear before your Ensuite can be manufactured. Once your Ensuite has been manufactured and ready to send, the further 70% is required. Delivery payments are NETT 7 days. You will have 10 working days to pay the final 70% manufacturing costs before delivery. If the payment has not been made your Ensuite may be sold to someone else and you will forfeit your deposit (conditions apply). 

An estimated time of delivery on your particular delivery day can be given but due to today's traffic this can vary.
