In making a purchase for our Add-A-Bathroom range through our website, this indicates that you have read through our disclaimer and agree to it.

Before deciding on your Add-A-Bathroom model please ensure appropriate access is available to the site for the model chosen, and specifications confirmed as all specifications are nominal and subject to alteration without notice. Information on this site is provided for general information purposes only and does not take personal circumstances into account. Please contact Add-A-Bathroom for current specifications and details.

Sydney Bathroom Hire are the Sydney based agents for the Add-A-Bathroom Modular Bathrooms and Shower Cubicals and will not be help liable or responsible for any price increases or product changes by the manufacture. All PDF plans on our website are provided by the manufacture to us and are for indication purposes only, we strongly recommend that the Modular Bathrooms and Shower Cubicals you choose and purchase be on site before commencing any contract works.

In most instances fork lifts or truck cranes are required to remove the Modular Bathrooms from the transport trucks as they weight between 130kg to 300kg. Shower Cubicals can be lifted by one person, but two are recommended. Forklifts or cranes are not mounted to the delivery trucks nor are they provided. Sydney Bathroom Hire will bare no cost for unloading the Modular Bathroom nor extra transport costs if the Modular Bathroom can't be unloaded at the time it is delivered.

30% deposit will be taken and must clear before your Bathroom/Ensuite can be manufactured. Once your Bathroom/Ensuite has been manufactured and ready to send, the further 70% is required. Delivery payments are NETT 7 days. You will have 10 working days to pay the final 70% manufacturing costs before delivery. If the payment has not been made your Bathroom/Ensuite may be sold to someone else and you will forfeit your deposit (conditions apply).

An estimated time of delivery on your particular delivery day can be given but due to today's traffic this can vary.
