FPDA2700 Disabled Modular Bathroom

At last there is a Pre fabricated Modular Bathroom to suit disabled requirements. The disabled modular bathroom meets the Australian Standard AS1428.1-2001 requirements. The bathroom size is 2225mm deep internally x 2700mm wide internally x 2100mm high internally and the hob height at the entrance of the bathroom is only 50mm.

The floor has a gradient of 1: 80 that falls to the floor waste which also doubles as the shower waste. The entrance door to the bathroom is approx 900mm wide and can be made larger on site.

The Disabled Modular Bathroom comes in two different styles, these are.

1. The standard smooth gloss gel coat finish (internally)

2. The amazing tiled style gloss gel coat finish (internally)

Standard colour is white and beige. All bathrooms can be coloured to suit your decor. Other colours will attract a slightly higher cost.

All P.C. items supplied are approved disable friendly products.

The Disabled Bathroom can be provided in an array of packages to suit the client, builder or installer. These are:

1. Modular Bathroom flat packed straight from the factory to you with the silicon kit included. (no P.C. items, no hot & cold water pre-plumbing, no pre-wiring and no pre-fit out)

2. Modular Bathroom flat packed straight from the factory to you with the silicon kit. P.C items, hot & cold water pre-plumb, pre-wire and fit out done. The bathroom P.C items installed then removed and placed in a box for transport

3. Modular Bathroom assembled at the factory and delivered to you. P.C items installed, hot & cold water pre-plumbing installed, pre-wiring install, ready to be craned off the delivery truck at the work site(cranes not included in any pricing)

4. Or a combination of all or none of 1,2,3

5. Underfloor Plumbing is to be done onsite i.e. toilet, shower and basin waste
