If for some reason the Bathroom stops working, then immediately stop using it and call us on 0418 961 704. There are an arrange of problem solving questions I can ask over the phone. If I'm not satisfied that the Bathroom will work I will come out and have a look. If the Bathroom is not working due to fault(s) caused by the incorrect usage, then a service call will be charged. Service calls are $220.00 inclusive GST. If the Bathroom is not working due to a manufacturing fault then we will fix it as fast as possible and there will be no service call charged.
